| The mission of the Spencer Area Arts Council is to make the arts available to all. One of our objectives is to provide opportunities for area artists to develop their talents. We do this through opening our studios for classes, workshops and providing a consignment gallery for artists to sell their work. We are proud to offer an opportunity for 28 artists to display some of their newest and finest pieces. | ||
